The big difference with this 'remix' is that Josh tracked new vocals. When mixing this version, I treated Josh's original vocals from 2002 as background vocals/overdubs. This gives the new mix a haunting quality as Josh is essentially singing a duet with his younger self. And in light of the lyrical content - this adds much more depth to the mix. - CW
